Frequently Asked Questions

Each of our products are independently hand made, to order, in small batches. Once your order is received, give us 3-5 business days to craft your pieces with love and intention.

You will receive a tracking number to keep tabs on your order! Once shipped, your pieces will be yours within 2-5 business days, fulfilled by USPS.

All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order with carefully selected resources, we do not accept return or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 48 hours of placement. You can contact us at edelina.label@gmail.com, or by filling out a contact form found on our site.

For bags:

Each fabric is pre-washed before cutting and sewing, so worry not about shrinking! You can wash your bags with like colors on low temperature, and tumble dry low.

For jewelry:

Avoid getting your pieces wet! Remove jewelry before swimming, working out, or dancing in the rain.
